Villa Efelli is a seaside charming villa located near the peaceful fishing village of Lygia on the shores of the Ionian Sea in Northwestern Greece, and across from the islands of Paxi and Corfu. Its location, its secluded beach, and its views make the villa an ideal romantic or family retreat for absolute relaxation and tranquility.

Built on a hillside that gently slopes into the beach, the house boasts stunning views of the coastline and the open sea. Spectacular sunsets are a daily luxury and can be seen from every angle of the property. Equally beautiful are the usually crystal clear star-filled nights that can be enjoyed unobstructed from the open patio-deck or the beach. Lush greenery, olive trees, and sandy beaches with pristine blue waters surround the property. The beach in front of the property is secluded, as very few people have access to it. The crystal clear blue waters are full of beautiful volcanic reef and sea life, which makes it ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Boat owners can anchor right in front of the house, and easily explore the nearby beaches and islands. The villa’s interior is full of character that gives a genuine feel of a traditional Greek home.

The picturesque boat harbor of Lygia, is within a very short distance, and has a fantastic fish tavern. The 4 km long sandy beach of Vrachos-Loutsa, with cafes, restaurants, mini-markets is within walking distance.
The nearby coastline is dotted with long stretches of sand; beautiful coves and small beaches (like the beaches of "Alonaki" and "Odysseus’ Cove"), accessible by boat or a short scenic drive away.

The picturesque towns of Parga and Preveza , as well as a plethora of remarkable cultural and archeological sites, are within half an hour drive. From the house one can conveniently take excursions to the Ionian Islands of Lefkada, Paxi, Antipaxi, Corfu, Cefalonia and Ithaki, and inland to the historic city of Ioannina, the traditiotional villages of Zagorochoria and the Vikos Gorge, and the spectacular Meteora.
